Feel great in fit body

apa macam arini??
ada kurus ka sikit??
hiksss..
iols ni dah lama xp gym..tapi berangan badan dah kurus..
hahaha makan hati la katakan dok umah xdpt koje..

tapi iols berangan nk body mcm ni

and montot mcm ni haaa


mampu??
jadi kena la byk2 exercise ye dok..
setakat jog je xboleh sgt..
korg kena ada workout plan..


kat atas ni antara contohnye la..
ni la koje i kalau tgk instagram..
dah addicted dgn instagram smpi fb dilupakan..kihkih..
i dah buat ke exercise2 ni sume??
hahahaha jawabnye ada tapi 2-3 ari je..
then badan lesu..xbuat laa..tdo aje.
hahaha
maybe sbb lama x exercise kot..

apa2 pun i will give myself 3months to achieve this body..
mulai esok (18oct '13) sbb now dah malam..hiks~
i dalam kategori berat ideal tapi bab badan solid2 ni xlangsung..
montot xtight 😭😭
i nak montot nice cam kat atas tu..
haaaa nk dpt montot camtu kena buat squat workout.
apa2 jenis squat will do..

so girls..motivated enough??
